Discount Price Reductions
 

1. The Price Reduction will be deducted from the lowest product price
that is currently posted on our website.

 

 2. The exact amount of a Price Reduction will vary based upon
the selected manufacturer and specified product.

 

 3. Contact us for a Written PDF Quote or Verbal Quote showing the
allowed Price Reduction amount.

 

 4. A Custom Discount Coupon Code is available for Online Orders by email.
Just send us a RFQ List of the products to be ordered from our website.
We will respond with a Custom Discount Code for use during Online Checkout.

 

 5. For Faxed Orders or Emailed Orders the Discounted Price Quote will be
emailed in a formal pdf document.

 

Free Ground Shipping and Order Processing
 

1. During Checkout when placing an Online Order, select the option
of Free Ground Shipping.
   
2. If shipping by a method faster than Ground Service, a $10 credit
will be issued to account for the Free Ground Shipping offer.

 

3. Use the Customer Notes Section to send specific instructions to our
Order Processing Staff, (such as billing direct to a UPS acct number).

 

4. The credit card is initially Authorized only, no charges are billed.
Authorization verifies the credit card can accept the charges.

 

5. A 1st Automated Invoice is emailed confirming the order and listing
all Shipping Charges, Product Billings and Discounts applied.

 

6. Each order is then Manually Reviewed and all Shipping Charges and
Product Pricing are adjusted if needed.

 

7. The order is then submitted for final credit card processing, with
charges only for Products & Shipping at the correct discount levels.

 

8. A 2nd Final Invoice is emailed detailing the reduced total charges.

 

9. Please contact us at any point to clarify any charges for an order.

 

10. Refunds will be provided if our order processing does not meet your
expectations or if an error is made during order entry.
