Free Ground Shipping and Promotional Discounts

1) During Checkout when an online order is placed, the credit card
is only "Authorized" initially, no actual charges are billed.

"Authorization" verifies the credit card can accept the charges.

2) The 1st Automated Invoice is emailed confirming the order and may list
Shipping Charges and other Product Billings.

3) Each order is then reviewed manually and all Shipping Charges are
adjusted and the Promotional Discount is added.

4) The order is then submitted for final credit card processing, with
charges only for products shipped at the correct discount level.

5) A 2nd Final Invoice is emailed detailing the reduced total charges.

6) If shipping via a method faster than Ground Service, a $10 credit will
be issued to account for the Free Ground Shipping portion.
